Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Combine flour and butter in a bowl.
Cut butter into flour until coarse crumbs form.
Add milk and stir until just combined.
Turn dough onto a floured surface.
Pat dough into a 1-inch thick circle.
Cut out biscuits.
Place biscuits on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use very cold butter and do not overmix the dough.
