Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and rolled oats.
Add the honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips, crushed walnuts, and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
Using your hands, form the mixture into small acorn shapes, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the shaped treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the treats.
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
You can substitute almond flour with other nut flours if desired.
