Quick and flavorful steak bites cooked in the air fryer, coated in garlic butter and perfect for a quick dinner or appetizer.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the steak cubes, olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, ground black pepper, and salt. Toss well to coat the steak evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Set aside.
  • Arrange the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking. Work in batches if necessary.
  • Air fry the steak bites for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness.
  • Once cooked, transfer the steak bites to a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss well to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh burst of flavor.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the doneness of the steak bites. Adjust cooking time based on the size of the steak cubes.
