Air fry the steak bites for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Once cooked, transfer the steak bites to a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss well to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh burst of flavor.
