This delicious banana nut bread is moist, flavorful, and easy to make, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Bananas

bananas, mashed

melted butter

baking soda

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix mashed bananas with melted butter, then add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Stir in flour until just combined; fold in walnuts if using.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
