Ingredients

Bananas

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
  • Add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
