Ingredients

Cake

  • 4 slices angel food cake (1-1 1/2 inch thick, about 1/3 of a whole cake)

Sauce

  • 2/3 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jelly (preferably all-natural, fruit-sweetened)

Toppings

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (can substitute/add some strawberries and raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (from about half a lemon)

Instructions 

  • Grill angel food cake until lightly toasted and golden, about 2-5 minutes per side. Use low flame.
  • Stir together Greek yogurt and jelly.
  • Drizzle sauce over cake, and top with berries and lemon zest.
