This Cheesecake Berry Trifle is a delightful dessert featuring layers of pound cake, creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh mixed berries, topped with whipped cream. It's perfect for any occasion and easy to assemble!

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 9x5-inch loaf pound cake (cut into 1-inch cubes)

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 ounce full-fat cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.25 cups whipped cream

Berries

  • 5 cups fresh mixed berries (sliced (I use strawberries and blueberries))

Whipped Cream Topping

  • 2.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Make the Whipped Cream: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Reserve 2 1/4 cups. Refrigerate the rest.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add vanilla and reserved whipped cream. Beat until combined.
  • Assemble: Layer pound cake, berries, and cheesecake filling. Repeat. Top with remaining pound cake, berries, and whipped cream. Garnish with berries.
  • Serve immediately cold or refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a high-quality pound cake and fresh, ripe berries.
