Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs, vanilla, and pudding; mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients, then fold in oats and chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet, bake 12-14 minutes until golden, then cool and serve.
Notes
