Delight in these rich, chocolatey snowball cookies coated in powdered sugar, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Dough

unsalted butter, softened

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

unsweetened cocoa powder

salt

chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
For coating

powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, salt; gradually add to butter mixture. Fold in nuts.
Shape into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet, bake 12-15 mins.
Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
