For the crust
120gbutter(melted)
200gcookies(crushed)
For the filling
250gmascarpone cheese
300gwhipping cream
60gpowdered sugar
4tablespoonscondensed milk
For the topping
300gberries(such as raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)

Instructions
Combine crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate.
Whip mascarpone with powdered sugar. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold cream and condensed milk into mascarpone. Pour over crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Combine berries and sugar in a saucepan. Add cornstarch and cook until thickened. Cool completely.
Spread the cooled berry topping evenly over the cheesecake.
Refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.
