Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté chopped onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
Pour in broth, bring to boil, then simmer 20 minutes until garlic is soft.
Blend the soup until smooth, then stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
