This creamy and spicy chicken pasta combines smoky flavors with rich sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced

Dairy & Fats

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook linguine according to package; drain.
  • Cook diced chicken in butter until browned, 5-7 mins.
  • Add garlic, paprika, chili powder, cayenne; cook 1-2 mins.
  • Pour in chicken broth; simmer 2-3 mins.
  • Stir in cream and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta; toss to coat. Serve garnished with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor.
