A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced

Oil

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Garlic

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Cheese

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

Salt and Pepper

  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Sauté diced chicken in olive oil until browned, then remove.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet, add cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning, then simmer.
  • Return chicken and pasta to skillet, toss to coat, and heat through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
