Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook pasta. Drain and set aside.
  • Sauté onion and garlic, then stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (optional), salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cream cheese, and heavy cream in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Pour tomato sauce over pasta mixture and combine. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
