Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook pasta. Drain and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic, then stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (optional), salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cream cheese, and heavy cream in a large bowl. Mix well.
Pour tomato sauce over pasta mixture and combine. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
