4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups chicken broth
1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through (about 10-12 minutes).
Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
