In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder to make the marinade.
Place the sliced beef in a large bowl and pour half of the marinade over it. Add cornstarch and toss until the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In another bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil and the remaining marinade.
Add the marinated beef to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the beef is golden and crispy.
Remove the beef from the basket and set aside. Add the broccoli to the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender and slightly crispy.
Combine the cooked beef and broccoli in a serving dish. Toss gently to mix the flavors.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if desired, before serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure the beef is sliced thinly and evenly. You can substitute oyster sauce with hoisin sauce if preferred.
