Ingredients
Potatoes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 25-30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add garlic, thyme, and paprika; sauté 1 minute.
Add chicken to skillet, season with salt and pepper; cook 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
Remove potatoes from oven, add to skillet with chicken, toss to combine.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the potatoes for an additional 2-3 minutes before adding to the skillet.
