Ingredients

Dough

  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 100 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 tsp ground cloves
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
