Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy, then mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
  • Combine flour, chopped almonds, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture.
  • Form dough into balls, make an indentation, and fill with raspberry jam.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
