1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
salt and pepper to taste
optional: 1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in mushroom soup, celery soup, and beef broth. Simmer.
Add egg noodles, stir, cover, and cook until tender.
Stir in peas or mixed vegetables (optional) during the last few minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use bone broth instead of regular beef broth.
