  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: 1 cup frozen peas or mixed vegetables

Instructions 

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease.
  • Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in mushroom soup, celery soup, and beef broth. Simmer.
  • Add egg noodles, stir, cover, and cook until tender.
  • Stir in peas or mixed vegetables (optional) during the last few minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use bone broth instead of regular beef broth.
