These easy drop biscuits are quick to make and require no kneading. Perfect for a simple breakfast or side dish!

Stick plus 1 Tablespoon
Unsalted Butter (Melted)
(reserve 1 tablespoon)
Instructions
In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Blend in butter and milk until a sticky dough forms
Drop by tablespoons onto pre-sprayed baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through
Brush lightly with reserved melted butter as soon as you remove from oven for a softer exterior.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use buttermilk instead of regular milk.
