These easy drop biscuits are quick to make and require no kneading. Perfect for a simple breakfast or side dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 0.75 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 0.25 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Stick plus 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter (Melted) (reserve 1 tablespoon)

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  • Blend in butter and milk until a sticky dough forms
  • Drop by tablespoons onto pre-sprayed baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through
  • Brush lightly with reserved melted butter as soon as you remove from oven for a softer exterior.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use buttermilk instead of regular milk.
