This Easy Marry Me Chicken recipe is a quick and delicious meal ready in just 30 minutes! Tender chicken breasts are cooked in a creamy sun-dried tomato and parmesan sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, for garnish
  • red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Dredge chicken in flour, salt, and pepper mixture.
  • Sear chicken in olive oil and 2 tbsp butter until golden brown; set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in remaining butter. Add broth and cream, simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Return chicken to skillet, bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Garnish with basil and serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
