Instructions
Combine peaches, cornstarch, and sugar; place in a greased baking dish.
Mix flour, egg yolks, butter, baking powder, and sugar. Fold in egg whites. Spread over peaches.
Bake at 375° until bubbly and golden, about 45 minutes.
