Ingredients

Bananas

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix mashed bananas and coconut oil, then add sugar and vanilla.
  • Add baking soda, salt, then fold in flour and cocoa powder.
  • Stir in chocolate chips if using, then pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, cool before serving.
