A quick and healthy stir-fry featuring broccoli, chickpeas, and garlic. Perfect for a weeknight meal!

1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
cooked rice or quinoa, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), cook until fragrant.
Add broccoli, stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Add chickpeas, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
Stir-fry until heated through and combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or quinoa, if desired.
Notes
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
