This Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta is a quick and easy dinner that's ready in just 20 minutes! Tender chicken and perfectly cooked pasta are coated in a rich and flavorful garlic butter sauce.

  • 225g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
  • 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta, reserving pasta water. Season chicken.
  • Melt butter, cook chicken until browned (5-7 minutes).
  • Add garlic, cook 1 minute. Pour in broth and cream, simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes (optional).
  • Add pasta to skillet, toss. Add pasta water if needed.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your desired level of spiciness.
