This flavorful one-pan dish combines juicy steak and tender potatoes, all cooked in garlic butter for a quick and satisfying meal.

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook potatoes 10-12 minutes until golden, then remove and set aside.
  • Cook steak 3-4 minutes per side, then add garlic and butter, spoon over steak.
  • Return potatoes to skillet, toss with steak and garlic butter, cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
