1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound cheese tortellini
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
optional: fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
Cook steak in olive oil until browned; season with salt and pepper.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
