Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; cream butter and sugars, then add egg, vanilla, espresso, and molasses.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, form dough, and drop tablespoon-sized balls onto sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes; cool on wire rack. Mix powdered sugar with milk for icing and drizzle over cookies.
