Ingredients

Rice

  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Chicken

  • 1 pound crispy fried chicken tenders, chopped

Corn

  • 1 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)

Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 cup creamy mashed potatoes

Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Gravy

  • 1/2 cup gravy

Green Onions

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and Pepper

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Layer cooked rice in a bowl.
  • Add chopped chicken on top.
