Instructions
Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
Combine beef broth, melted butter, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a slow cooker.
Add beef to the slow cooker and stir to coat. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Whisk cornstarch and cold water to create a slurry.
Pour slurry into the slow cooker and stir. Cook on high for 15-20 minutes, until thickened.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
