  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown chicken in olive oil, then set aside.
  • Sauté onion and garlic. Stir in rice, broth, BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Return chicken to skillet. Bring to a simmer.
  • Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes, until rice is cooked.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes, fluff rice, and garnish with green onions.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the rice mixture.
