Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
2cupsheavy cream
1cupwhole milk
3/4cupgranulated sugar
1/4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Peach Mixture
2cupspeeled and diced fresh peaches
1/4cupbrown sugar
1tablespoonlemon juice
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
Cobbler Crumble
1/4cupall-purpose flour
2tablespoonsbutter, cold and cubed
1Pinchsalt
Instructions
Prepare the peaches: Cook peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon until softened. Let cool.
Make the cobbler crumble: Combine flour, butter, and salt until coarse crumbs form. Refrigerate.
Make the ice cream base: Heat cream, milk, sugar, and salt until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
Chill the base: Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Churn the ice cream: Churn the chilled base according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Add peaches and crumble: Fold in the cooled peach mixture and cobbler crumble during the last few minutes of churning.
Freeze and harden: Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
