  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil, for cooking

Instructions 

  • Combine flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a dish.
  • Whisk eggs and milk in another dish.
  • Dip chicken in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil on a wire rack and serve.

Notes

For extra crispy tenders, double dredge them in the flour mixture!
