1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil, for cooking
Instructions
Combine flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a dish.
Whisk eggs and milk in another dish.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Drain excess oil on a wire rack and serve.
