Sweet Rolls Dough
All-purpose flour
Granulated sugar
Rapid Rise yeast
Salt
Water

Instructions
Make the sweet rolls dough
Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a mixer.
Melt butter and add to 120°F water.
Pour butter mixture into flour and combine. Add egg.
Add flour gradually until slightly sticky.
Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
Make the blueberry filling
Combine blueberries and sugar in a saucepan.
Heat on medium-low, smash berries, and release juices.
Stir in lemon juice and cornstarch.
Remove from heat and cool.
Preheat oven to 350°
Prepare a 13x9 baking dish with baking spray.
Assemble the sweet rolls
Roll dough into a 10x15 rectangle.
Spread melted butter onto the dough.
Spread cooled blueberry filling and roll tightly.
Slice into 1-inch slices.
Place rolls cut side down in the baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Bake and Glaze
Cool for 15 minutes before icing.
Make glaze: combine lemon zest, juice, and sugar. Drizzle over rolls.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, high-quality blueberries and lemons.
