Instructions
Combine pigs feet, onion, garlic, bay leaves, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and paprika in a large pot.
Add broth, vinegar, Worcestershire, and hot sauce; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2-3 hours until tender.
Remove pigs feet, discard bay leaves, and optionally broil to crisp skin.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
