Ingredients

Filling

  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Crust

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, sugar, and flour; set aside.
  • Cut pie crust into circles, add filling, fold, and crimp edges.
  • Whisk egg and milk; brush over pies.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden; cool before serving.
