Enjoy a delightful no-bake cheesecake parfait, a simple and sweet treat perfect for any occasion. These parfaits layer creamy cheesecake filling, graham cracker crust, and cherry pie filling for a satisfying dessert.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1.5 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter

Filling

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.33 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling

Instructions 

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Beat in sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  • Add lemon juice and vanilla extract, and stir well.
  • Set 6 punch cups on the counter.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture into each cup and press lightly.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of cheesecake mixture to each cup and spread evenly.
  • Distribute half of the cherry pie filling between the 6 cups.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture over the cherry layer.
  • Divide the remaining cheesecake mixture between the 6 cups and spread evenly.
  • Divide the reserved cherry pie filling evenly between the 6 cups, then sprinkle the top with a little crumb mixture.
  • Serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. You can also substitute the cherry pie filling with other fruit fillings like blueberry or strawberry.
