This no-bake triple berry cheesecake is an easy and delicious dessert perfect for any occasion. It features a creamy cheesecake filling and a delightful mix of fresh berries.
Ingredients
Crust

graham cracker crumbs

granulated sugar

Filling

cream cheese, softened

sweetened condensed milk

lemon juice

Topping

mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until combined.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour filling over the crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Top with mixed berries before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream.
