This no-bake triple berry cheesecake is an easy and delicious dessert perfect for any occasion. It features a creamy cheesecake filling and a delightful mix of fresh berries.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounce packages)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce can)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Topping

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions 

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until combined.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour filling over the crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Top with mixed berries before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream.
