These festive Patriotic Oreo Pops are a fun and easy treat for your 4th of July celebrations. Dipped in white chocolate and decorated with red, white, and blue sprinkles, they are sure to be a hit!

  • Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted white chocolate and insert it into the cream filling of each Oreo, making sure it goes in about halfway.
  • Next, fully dip each Oreo into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated.
  • Allow any excess chocolate to drip off, then quickly sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles over the wet chocolate before it sets.
  • Place the dipped Oreos on a sheet of wax paper and let them sit until the chocolate fully hardens, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Once set, your Patriotic Oreo Pops are ready to serve!
