Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and heavy cream.
  • Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

For a sweeter biscuit, add a tablespoon of sugar to the flour.
