Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • powdered sugar for dusting powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla.
  • Mix in flours and salt to form dough, chill for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out dough, cut shapes, and bake 10-12 minutes.
  • Spread jam on whole cookies, top with cut-out cookies, dust with powdered sugar.
