These soft and fluffy dinner rolls are elevated with a touch of blue spirulina for a unique twist. Perfect for any meal, they're sure to impress!

Instructions
Add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, warm milk, and egg to a stand mixer.
Mix on low speed for about 1 minute until combined.
Add softened butter and mix for 2–3 minutes until the dough begins to come together.
Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface.
Knead 3–5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide dough into 16 equal pieces.
Roll each into a smooth ball.
Take one small piece of dough
Mix in ½ teaspoon blue spirulina powder
Knead until evenly colored
Roll into rope shapes
Arrange along the edges of your baking pan
Place dough balls in a greased or parchment-lined pan.
Leave slight space between them.
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes while preheating oven to: 400°F (200°C)
Brush tops lightly with milk.
Bake 10–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush warm rolls with melted butter right after baking.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of garlic powder to the melted butter before brushing the rolls.
