Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Vegetables

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat oil in skillet, brown chicken 5-7 mins per side, then remove.
  • Sauté onion until soft, add garlic and cook 1 min.
  • Add broth, cream, Worcestershire, and paprika; stir.
  • Return chicken, simmer 25-30 mins, then thicken sauce 5-10 mins.

Notes

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice, garnished with parsley.
