20Golden Oreos (or vanilla cookies)(crushed)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in sour cream and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
Pour the mixture over the cooled crust; bake for 45–50 minutes until slightly wobbly. Cool completely.
Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water; stir in cold water and chill until thickened. Fold in whipped topping and strawberries; spread over cheesecake layer. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; spread over the strawberry layer.
