1cupheavy whipping cream
2tbsppowdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Divide batter evenly between the pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
