Delight in these festive cookies combining creamy white chocolate and crunchy candy canes for a perfect holiday treat.
Ingredients
Dough

unsalted butter, softened

granulated sugar

brown sugar, packed

Dry ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
Drop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool cookies on sheets briefly, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let sit on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring.
