Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Cut cold, diced butter into flour until pea-sized lumps remain.
- Add buttermilk to flour-butter mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface until it comes together. Pat to 3/4-inch thickness.
- Cut 10 biscuits. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Brush with 1 tbsp melted butter. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with remaining 1 tbsp melted butter.
