Instructions
- In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- Blend in butter and milk until a sticky dough forms
- Drop by tablespoons onto pre-sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through
- Brush lightly with reserved melted butter as soon as you remove from oven for a softer exterior.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use buttermilk instead of regular milk.
